For decades, The Sons of Utah Pioneers have established historical monuments and markers. These markers commemorate trails, events, buildings and persons of historical significance of the pioneers. Additional markers were established by the Utah Pioneer Trails and Landmarks Association, and these are now overseen by the Sons of Utah Pioneers.
The care and keeping of monuments is assigned to our various SUP chapters.
